2012 WSFC Update

The Wyoming Film Office is both impressed by the quality of entries this year and humbled by our inability to share them with the internet. Videos have failed to play, taken too long to load, and have in general caused ulcers, gray hairs, and several strongly worded emails. And that was just in our office.

We are very aware of the problems, and have been troubleshooting with our web developers since the launch of voting last Thursday. There have been two upgrades to our servers, and as of this writing all the videos are playing on our computers here in the office.  We will continue to monitor the viewing/voting experience and make sure the improvements continue.

So with all sincerity: sorry for the inconvenience. These glitches are not something we anticipated, and they certainly aren't something we intend to repeat in future years. In the meantime, our best advice is to continue on watching the films and voting for your favorites. You've still got until April 26th before the polls close.
